The Technology Campus

Because everything is easier when you do it together: As different as the companies at the MTZ might be – startups often face the same challenges. Which is why we actively support communication among our tenants. Companies that have already outgrown the MTZ can also be an active part of the MTZ network. And that is how the MTZ Technology Campus brings together alumni and newcomers, successful tech companies and ambitious startups.

The immediate vicinity of the MTZ is home to the IT Rathaus of the City of Munich, Germany’s Telefónica headquarters, the headquarters of the Stadtwerke München as well as countless national and international players. For many MTZ companies, the first corporate customer is just a few minutes away. The investor network BayStartUP is also located in the MTZ and provides excellent contact to financial backers.

The main emphasis at our center is on smart city solutions that improve community life in the cities of the future.
