In-house Info

Our info desk in the foyer is the main place to go with questions and issues involving the building, workspace and technology. Our info desk is open Monday to Thursday from 8am to 3pm and Friday from 8am to 1pm and can be reached by phone at 089 323 6460.

Tenants can find the MTZ administration department and service area on the ground floor in section C of the building, right next to the info desk. The reception desk is open Monday to Thursday from 8am to 3pm and Friday from 8am to 1pm and can be reached by phone at 089 323 6460.

MTZ tenants can take advantage of our facility management services. Every 15 minute time block that is started costs 15 euros. Tenants can reach the facility manager by phone at 089 323 6460 or by email at info@mtz.de.

A visitor parking spot costs 10 euros and is invoiced monthly as a part of the service payments. MTZ tenants can book visitor parking on the phone at 089 323 6460 or by email at info@mtz.de.

If our tenants notice malfunctions, emergencies or defects at the MTZ, they can report them by phone at 089 323 6460 or by email at info@mtz.de.

During normal business hours, the building is open without access control (Monday – Friday: 7 am to 8 pm). Outside normal business hours, our tenants can enter the building through the east or west main entrances with their access badges. Access to the underground garage is managed the same way.

Outside normal business hours, the doors only open from the inside, which makes it possible to leave the building at any time.
