MTZ and the M Campus technology park are located in the district of Moosach in the north-west of Munich.
This convenient location, situated near the universities and the technical university as well as numerous research institutes and technology companies, is the perfect environment in which newly founded companies can grow and develop.
Other neighbours include the headquarters of the Stadtwerke München GmbH (Munich City Utilities) and O2 (Germany) GmbH & Co. OHG.
MTZ is easily accessible by car via the Mittlerer Ring (main ring road) and by public transport (U1, tram 20/21).
There is also plenty of space to relax in the extensive public parks and wilderness areas, and the nearby Olympic Park.
